Born in Puerto Rico, Sheyla carries the ancient wisdom of her Taino ancestors. After retiring from classical ballet and the Broadway stage, she has devoted her life to integrating dance, food, plant allies and music, as healing practices. With a deep focus on high-frequency formulas and experiences, Sheyla seeks to heal the world through the power of love and transformation.
Her journey as a survivor of trauma, combined with her training in entheogenic facilitation, plant medicine, and self-love advocacy, fuels her mission to guide others. As a shamanic practitioner, intuitive healer, and life coach, Sheyla creates sacred spaces for profound healing. To inspire radical self love in others is her mission.
